2021 California Cabernet Sauvignon- the king of all grapes and for good reason, as Cab is always highly requested. This wine was sourced from Colavita Family Vineyards in the Lodi region  of California’s Central Valley, and was one of the last fields picked in the warm year of 2021. A lighter, fruitier style of Cab that is perfect for summertime, this wine features notes of boysenberry and redcurrant, alongside hints of cedarwood and plum. Aged in 20% new oak, it has a gentle mouthfeel with a soft vanilla finish.
