One of the favorite varieties grown by Kaibab Sauvage in Palisade, CO, this version is 93% Malbec, 6% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 1% Petit Verdot. Notes of blackberry, vanilla and woodsmoke on the nose, followed by moderate tannins and deep flavors of black fruit and baking spice integrated together by aging in 45% new oak. Try with a variety of grilled meats, as they might in the home of Malbec, Argentina.
