Lindemans Pinot Grigio South Eastern Australia Smile Bin 85 2016 - Fresh fennel, lime and melon. $6
Yalumba Viognier South Australia The Y Series 2018. This wine will pair well with harissa chicken or something similar with a kick. $13
Brokenwood Semillon Hunter Valley 2018 - One of my favourites and consistently good for the 20 years I've been visiting this vineyard. $19
Pewsey Vale Riesling Eden Valley Dry 2017 - This wine is snappy and bright and very refreshing. $19

McWilliams Pinot Noir Tumbarumba MCW 660 Reserve 2018. Only 250 cases imported to the US and you get a lot for the budget price tag. $13
Grant Burge Shiraz Barossa 5th Generation 2015 - Another reliable top producer from the Barossa. $15
Kilikanoon Killerman's Run Clare Valley 2016. Blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro. $19
Yalumba Grenache Barossa Bush Vine Samuel's Collection 2018 - Supple, smooth and absolutely lovely. $19
Schild Shiraz Barossa Valley 2015 - Toasted herbs paired with dried fruits. $19

Jim Barry Riesling Clare Valley The Lodge Hill 2017 - Jim Barry produces some of the best Rieslings in Australia in my view. $20
Robert Oatley Chardonnay Margaret River Signature Series 2016 - Lightly oaked without overpowering the fresh fruits on the nose. $21
Tim Smith Viognier Eden Valley 2018 - Fragrant, spicy and juicy. $28
Fowles Chardonnay Victoria Ladies Who Shoot Their Lunch Wild Ferment 2018 - Unapologetically rich. $35
Pewsey Vale Riesling Eden Valley The Contours Museum Reserve 2011 - Up front and refreshing. $35

Chapel Hill The Parson  - On my last visit to this winery I had the pleasure of having a drink with both the owner and the local parson. Always top notch wines. $20
d'Arenburg Shiraz McLaren Vale The Foorbolt 2014 - These wines age fantastically. $20
Two Hands Shiraz McLaren Vale Angels' Share 2018 - Great for drinking now or hold for another 15 years as it will age beautifully. $30
Giant Steps Pinot Noir Yarra Valley 2018 - Scoring 94 in Wine Spectator. $30
Penfolds Shiraz Bin 28 Kalimna - Another one that will age for another 15 years or so. Scored 92 in Wine Spectator. $30
